Hi! I’m Phillipa.

My work focuses on the needs of BIPOC womxn and persons struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or experiences of racism.

I am a Jamaican American (she/hers) therapist born in Queens, NY, raised in Chester, NY, and living in Oregon since 2018.

I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology from George Washington University (BA 2010) and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University (MA 2015). I have over 10 years of experience working with children/adolescents/teens, parents, and families.
